We had the misfortune to hit a Kangaroo this weekend, after some confusion thanks to my GPS, Stuart's tow truck driver persevered and finally found us, hot, anxious and very relieved to see him. We were 9 hours from home! He loaded us up and from then on, Stuart took charge and sorted it all out. We want to thank and commend Stuart for his calming manner, honesty and professionalism, it was a very distressing time and Stuart reassured us (you've missed your calling as a social worker Stu!) and kept us inform every step of the way!
Can't praise him highly enough.

Thank you for letting me pay by credit card – I didn’t need my hubby stressing about the payment (I wasn’t sure if he had a lot of cash on him), and spewing because of the extra cost! J
Please thank Stewart for getting out to him so quickly – It was only a matter of 10 minutes I think from when I made the booking to when Stewart called me to confirm the location etc.
Hopefully if there is a next time, our new level of cover will take care of most or all of the cost.
